### _INTRODUCING THE GENEALOGY & CULTURAL MISSION OF THE TRINH - NGUYEN - LE LINEAGE_
_(Cultural - Honorary - Non-Governmental Activity)_

Dear friends from all corners of the world,

I am HIRH Emmily Nguyen, legal name *Nguyen Tuyet Nhung*, *12th Generation - Head of the Ancestral Worship Committee of the Trinh - Nguyen - Le Chief Branch*, entrusted with the preservation of the *1743 Royal Decree conferred by Emperor Le Hien Tong*.

In international cultural exchanges, I use the honorifics *HIRM Queen Princess Emmily Nguyen (Honorary)* and *H.H. Emmily Trinh-Nguyen-Le* to honor my ancestors and to connect with Heritage Associations and Museums worldwide.

*1. A 300-YEAR LINEAGE - FROM THE EMPEROR'S DECREE TO THE HEARTS OF DESCENDANTS*
The bloodline flowing through me is the confluence of two great currents in the history of Dai Viet:
- *The Trinh Line*: Descendant of *Lord Trinh Cuong (1686-1729)* - the Enlightened Lord of the Le Trung Hung period, who pacified the people, governed the state, opened imperial examinations, and built an era of peace.
- *The Nguyen Line*: Descendant of *Lord Nguyen Phuc Chu (1675-1725)* - the Enlightened Lord of Cochinchina, who expanded territories, settled the people, and propagated Buddhism.

In 1743, *Emperor Le Hien Tong* issued a Royal Decree, entrusting our Founding Ancestor with the position of *"Chi Thu"* - to represent the Imperial Court in overseeing mausoleums and worshiping Princes and Meritorious Officials. Across 12 generations, *5 Clan Ancestral Halls and the Thang Lam sacred land* still keep their incense burning and temple bells warm.
In 1870, *Emperor Tu Duc* further conferred a Decree of Additional Honors, attesting to the lineage's unwavering loyalty.

The *original Royal Decrees and Genealogy* are now meticulously preserved. They are not "power," but a "responsibility" as heavy as mountains and rivers.

*2. THE MISSION OF THE 12TH GENERATION - 3 WORDS: PRESERVE - CONNECT - TRANSMIT*
As the *12th Generation Custodian of the 1743 Royal Decree*, my aspiration and that of the Family Council are:

1. *PRESERVE*: To maintain the Royal Decree in its original integrity, to restore the 5 Clan Ancestral Halls, and to uphold the annual Ancestral Commemoration Ceremony of the Chief Branch.
To preserve the Rites properly, and to worship with complete Devotion.
2. *CONNECT*: To foster academic connections. To exchange with researchers, museums, and UNESCO to digitize, translate, and promote the value of Le - Trinh era Royal Decrees to the world.
3. *TRANSMIT*: To transmit the fire of honor. To teach the 13th and 14th generations to bow before their Ancestors, and to stand tall before the World with intellect and culture, not with illusions.

*3. STATEMENT OF HONOR - LEGAL BOUNDARIES*
To ensure transparent heritage succession, I hereby affirm:

1. *This is a CULTURAL - HISTORICAL activity*, in compliance with the *2001 Law on Cultural Heritage* and the *Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam*.
2. The titles *Princess Emmily Nguyen, H.H. Emmily Trinh-Nguyen-Le, Hereditary Head* are *HONORARY TITLES*, used solely for *cultural exchange and academic discourse within Heritage Associations*.
3. *I DO NOT represent the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. I hold NO sovereignty, NO territorial claims, and DO NOT establish any political organization.*
4. For all legal and administrative transactions in Vietnam, I only use the name on my national identification card.

*Titles are to remember the Ancestors. My status is that of a citizen of Vietnam. This boundary must never be blurred.*

*4. CLOSING WORDS - AN INVITATION TO JOIN HANDS*
The 1743 Royal Decree has survived 280 years of war and fire without being lost. The responsibility of the 12th Generation is to ensure that 280 years from now, our descendants still have a place to kneel before their Ancestors.

We respectfully invite historians, cultural organizations, and young people who cherish their roots to join hands. Heritage only lives when it is kept alive by many.

Sincerely,
*Emmily Nguyen*
